Upgrade from Free to Starter is not activated in account

I upgraded from Free to Starter - after the payment and going back to the Bloom Main Interface it showed me that I am still blocked to work and on the Free plan.
I logged out and in again but still in the Free Plan.
The payment went through and i was not able to book another subscription (so this process works).
