Because Bloom is scaffolding out the entire backend, presently it is really slow to get an initial app from a prompt compared to the UI builders. A guestimate time, preferably based on user data, might reduce churn. Optionally consider if it can be phased, perhaps UI goes first, then it does interactivity so the user can see something quicker.
