Bloom is thinking forever

I very often have the issue, that Bloom is hanging forever in the thinking process. Right after ask for something, it writes these “Nurturing innovation…”, “Watching magic grow..”, etc. forever, but does not do anything else. Why don’t you have a timeout that checks if it is hanging and then restarts it? Currently, I have to do this manually, and it does not work. So I stop it manually and click on retry, but it again thinks forever. How can I get it out of this issue?
